Introducing The Collegiate Academies School Leader Fellowship

Attention readers of the Collegiate Academies Blog: We are very excited to introduce the Collegiate Academies School Leader Fellowship! To learn more about the Fellowship, you can visit our website, and read more about the pillars of the program below.

Our Fellowship is Grounded in Strong Teaching

We believe deeply that strong school leadership is founded on strong teacher leadership. And yet, strong teacher leaders do not always make strong school leaders. This is where our Fellowship comes in.

Our Fellowship is Different

In the CA School Leader Fellowship, Fellows learn the skills of adult leadership that are often overlooked as teachers transition into leadership. It’s hands on, cohort-based, and embedded in our schools. Leadership training is led by our CEO Ben Marcovitz. Learn how to build adult culture, motivate a team, manage performance, and so much more.
